Meet The Team

  • Hi, everyone! and Welcome! My name is Dr. Sasha C. Espinal and I am Cielo Aesthetics’ CEO and Medical Director. In 2013, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Molloy College in undergraduate education and started off my career as a Registered Professional Nurse in a Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit. During this time, I became triple board certified in Critical Care Nursing, Cardiac Medicine and Cardiac Surgery. In 2017, I decided to further my studies and obtain my Masters of Science with a Major in Nursing with Distinction. I currently work in Critical Care Medicine as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Because of my passion to be a patient advocate and expanding my knowledge to obtain best possible outcomes, I went on to obtain my Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree from Hofstra University in 2023. I continue to demonstrate nursing excellence by carrying four advanced nursing certifications.

    While my passion has been working in critical care and caring for many patients during their most vulnerable times for over 10 years, beauty enhancement procedures have also been on my radar. I am so thankful I can use my needle skills and vast medical knowledge outside of the hospital setting. I decided to obtain my certifications in aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers and neurotoxin administration, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP injections and IV therapy, amongst others. I love using my aesthetic eye to enhance my patients’ natural beauty and deliver astonishing aesthetic results.

    I believe the many years of experience under my belt, my meticulous techniques and attending to the tiniest of details, make for a perfect combination to provide safe and beautiful outcomes for my patients. I believe every being is unique and free to enhance their natural beauty in order to feel their absolute best.

  • My name is Mayra Espinal, I am a board certified registered nurse in NY, certified aesthetic nurse injector, certified clinical herbalist and student Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a sub-specialty in holistic nursing and holistic medicine. I specialize in holistic treatment modalities that aim at restoring hormonal balance, microbiome flow and constitutional harmonization. Through my practice I also advocate for equitable care, increased access to healthcare and health education. I also own my own organic, all natural and hand-made skincare and artisanal herbal tea brand which also focuses on increased wellness education, while giving back to the community. I not only intend on providing the highest quality of care and the latest in esthetics, but also the latest in health education.
